Returns, Repairs and Shipping
OSL Bags are India's first Custom Bikepacking Bags. Each of our bags are meticulously designed in-house and completely handmade. All the construction is a one-woman show at the moment, while we are proud to share this with you, we would definitely not hesitate to mention that some days we make mistakes too. We're at a healthy learning curve. If you think there is something that went wrong we are happy to help fix it responsibly.

Terms of cancellation:
1. Cancellation before dispatch:
1.1. A full or partial cancellation in your orders is permitted prior to end of the current pre-order timeline.
1.2. Upon successfully placing your pre-order on our website you will receive a unique order number, which will be required for any communication through email or call.
1.3. In case of payment made through prepaid mode through any channel, the refund will be made to the original mode of payment. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by your bank.
1.4. In such a case a refund will be initiated within 10 days of cancellation.
2. Cancellation after dispatch: We do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders.
1. Wrong goods sent- If the product(s) you receive are different from the product(s) enlisted on the Invoice emailed to you immediately after completion of the online pre-order, you shall be offered a return up to 7 days after receiving your product and a replacement would be sent out at the earliest possible.
2. Unsatisfactory goods sent-
2.1. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product with your unique order number and the reason for return, attaching pictures of what went wrong with your product(s).
2.2. Send it back to us unused and in perfect condition, we encourage you to reuse the same box to send us back the product(s), let's try and reduce waste.
2.3. We will inspect the issue and generate a replacement in case of an uncorrectable issue.
3. In such a case the return courier charges and re-shipping charges would be taken care by us.
Repairs by Our Slug Life:
We want work on a sustainable model of life, leave alone business. We are here to repair your OSL bag at any point of it's life.
1. Got a ripped patch, zipper broken, tear, hole, send us a picture demonstrating the 'injury' at email@example.com, we'll try our best to mend your bag with a creative patch or two.
2. The repair would be chargeable according to the nature of it.
3. You bear the courier charges of sending it to us and receiving back again.
OSL bags get delivered at your door step free of Shipping cost across India.
Since we are a small business we currently work on pre-order basis. You can place your pre-order in our active pre-order windows. Your product(s) will be out for shipping 3 weeks from the pre-order window.
